Senior EMC Design Engineer

Responsibilities: Responsible for the PCB board and component levels EMC design. For Analogue Digital and RF circuit filtering，grounding and shielding technology . For providing innovative technology for solving EMC and l hardware problem of baseband or RF circuit/PCB in Base Station. For investigating technology trend and key technology of EMC and hardware for baseband or RF circuit/PCB in Base Station. Qualifications Required: Knowledge of EMC, lightning protection and grounding design. More than 8 years experiences on EMC and hardware design for telecom network or Base Station. More than 5 years experiences on baseband and RF circuit/PCB on Base Station product. The ability to analyse the technology trend on EMC and hardware for telecom equipment and wireless Base Station. Expert knowledge of international standards and procedures related to PCB design and EMC design. Additional skills required: Fluent spoken and written English. Good communications and presentation skills. The ability to communicate and work in multi-cultural team environment. The ability to think of novel solutions and prove them. Beneficial: Electronics analogue/digital engineering background, preferably from telecommunications companies (especially RBS/BTS development experience). Familiarity power and structure application standards, such as ETSI, NEBS, IEC.
