Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Establishing and enhancing working methods and processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
Building, leading, and developing high-performing technical teams.
Ensuring seamless onboarding and training for new team members.
Facilitating collaboration and effective communication across teams and stakeholders.
Coaching teams and individuals to improve delivery, impact, and stakeholder engagement.
Identifying and resolving challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Cultivating a culture of commitment, cooperation, and care, with a focus on teamwork and enjoyment.

What you bring:
3–5 years of leadership experience in agile and dynamic environments, with a proven ability to guide teams through growth and change.
A background as a developer, with subsequent experience in architecture or organizational leadership.
Experience working in fast-growing companies with flat hierarchies and high degrees of change.
Exceptional problem-solving and collaboration skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback.
A passion for fostering individual and team growth, delivering business value, and driving efficiency.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build a culture of trust, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
