Senior Finance Analyst

On behalf of our client (an international pharmaceutical company in Uppsala) we are now looking for a Senior Finance Analyst for a long term assignment.

Long-term assignment with initial duration of 16 month. Occupancy: 100%. You will be employed as a consultant by Adecco.

Start date: Immediately or as soon as possible

Job description

The Senior Finance Analyst will contribute to build the financial support structure for Manufacturing operations, providing accurate, timely, and relevant financial analysis and forecasting.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Functional costs, project expenses and headcount planning
• Capital and assets management
• Volume projections and manufacturing variances
• Month end closing process
• Analytics and reporting of financial performance
• Support forecasting cycles
• Standard costing
• Ad Hoc project support, operational improvement initiatives, and other strategic projects requiring SC finance support

Other features of the job:

SAP or other ERP experience highly beneficial for the role.
Experience in supply chain, manufacturing / cost accounting preferred

What You Will Need To Succeed

We are looking for someone with knowledge of general finance/accounting processes. To be successful in this position you need to have good analytical skills, be self-reliant and able to plan and prioritize. Also, it ´s essential to have strong interpersonal skills in order to work well with business and senior management.

• Strong analytical, communication and social skills
• Strong influencer, independent thinking and strong planning/prioritization are essential to success.
• Highly motivated self-starter, that accepts accountability for assigned tasks, that adapts well to changing internal customer requirements / business demands and consistently meets goals with high degree of accuracy, quality, and attention to detail
• Proficient in Swedish and English language (required)

Qualifications

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and Powerpoint high proficiency
A Minimum of A Bachelor´s degree with a major in Accounting, Industrial Economics, Finance or Engineering.
A minimum of 2 years´ experience in finance (required). E.g. as a Financial Analyst or Business Controller or equivalent.
