Senior Flash developer Who we are Music Bay is an interactive agency.We work with many different types of clients, ranging from advertising agencies to multinational giants.We create campaigns, websites, and applications primarily in Flash, but there's also a lot of sweet old html/css and database involved.At the moment we are thirteen people at Östermalmsgatan in Stockholm.To see what we've been up to lately, check out www.musicbay.se. What you'll do Working with a wide scale of big brands and advertising agencies producing kick ass campaigns.You'll be leading the development of our biggest projects, as well as training and supervising. What you should know * +5 years programming experience, expert knowledge of Actionscript 2 and 3.Full object oriented Actionscript Development such as object creation, inheritance, interfaces, developing externalized classes etc.* Expert knowledge of Flash integration with server-side technologies (xml, php, .net).Web-services, remoting etc.* Expert knowledge of flash video (progressive and streaming) * Understanding of current flash trends and best practices.* Flash script and graphics optimization techniques.* Attention to details * Knowledge of or experience using Flash Media Server * Experience building out large flash sites or games in a team environment.* Experience with optimizing materials for varying bandwidth and platform requirements.
