The essence of the role
As a frontend developer in our real time communication product development team at Sinch, you will be developing our Customer Dashboard web client enabling our customers to access and maintain our product configurations to suit their needs. Here you will also have a wonderful opportunity to contribute to the development of our next generation internal configuration web client.
In this role, you will take part in all steps of the software development lifecycle, where you will be able to influence design choices, take part in planning, write lots of code, and release new products and features.
We strongly believe in teamwork, and you will have the opportunity to work with (and learn from) talented and experienced engineers in your team and cross teams. The team is steadily growing, and the work environment is characterized by helpfulness and personal responsibility. You will be part of the Stockholm team but will have colleagues working remotely.
As a frontend developer at Sinch, you will:
Take end-to-end ownership and operate the software that you design, develop, test and release into production
Work closely with designers, software engineers, and product managers to build great products and experience for our customers
Develop software on daily basis using modern frontend frameworks, mostly React and Angular
Work with TypeScript
Work with distributed systems architecture concepts such as micro services and micro frontends

To make you feel productive in this role we think you have:
Several years of hands-on experience in modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular etc.)
Experience working with Micro frontends
Solid understanding of JavaScript Promises and async/await
Experience working with TypeScript
University degree (BSc or MSc) within Computer Science or similar
You communicate proficiently in written and spoken English
Worked with distributed systems deployed in the cloud

You will stand out from the crowd if you have experience from:
Worked with React Hooks, Functional Components and Context API
Worked with localization tools like i18next
Experience building data visualization
Material-UI
UX or UI design
KeyCloak
GraphQL
