Senior geophysicist

Swedish Petroleum Exploration's are looking for Senior geophysicist. Candidates should be experienced geophysicists with good knowledge about and experience from seismic interpretation in oil company, in particular experience in prospect generation and evaluation is valuable. Knowledge about seismic acquisition, processing and special applications like AVO, inversion and seismic modeling is an advantage. The candidates will have a University degree or equivalent education. He or she will have the ability to work within project groups and manage project groups. Flexibility and willingness to work in a small but committed organization is essential. The positions are located in Svenska Petroleum Exploration's office in Stockholm. For all positions the activities will comprise any geographical area where the company has interests and it may be necessary to work periodically in either of the other offices, in London or Oslo. It will be necessary to travel to countries where the company has activities, like West Africa.
