Senior Group Accountant - Two positions

Gambro is a global medical technology company and a leader in developing, manufacturing and supplying products, therapies and services for In-center Care and Self Care Hemodialysis, Peritoneal Dialysis, Renal Intensive Care and Hepatic Care.For decades, Gambro has led the market in renal care development and has been first to market with many groundbreaking innovations.Gambro was founded in 1964 and has more than 8 000 employees, production facilities in 9 countries, sales subsidiaries in more than 40 and sales in more than 100 countries.In order to simplify the Finance organisation structure within Gambro, Corporate Control will move from Stockholm and integrate with the accounting department in Lund.Together they build the new function Gambro Finance and Accounting.Due to the new organisation, we are looking for new employees who will take an important and exiting part in building the new function Main tasks are to: .Lead in the consolidation of reported company data in line with external and internal requirements..Secure quality and stability in group reporting by actively developing and improving the company's routines and processes..Further develop the group's accounting and reporting policy while ensuring that current policies, processes and formats are followed..Prepare and distribute consolidated reports such as monthly, quarterly and annual reports including overall analysis of Group result - Actual vs.Budget and Forecast..Take part in due diligence related to acquisitions and divestitures .Take lead in setting up training of accounting principles and Gambro accounting routines for the Group..Specify requirements on system changes and improvements to the consolidation tool..Manage ad hoc analysis as required..Take part in an accounting forum.Qualifications You have a masters degree with focus on accounting, several years of experience working with group consolidation.You have a significant knowledge and experience in group accounting and the ability to independently consolidate the group.We think that you have experience from an international manufacturing company and/or a publicly traded company.The role requires good knowledge in acquisitions and divestitures, tax and transfer pricing and accounting treatment of foreign currency and financial instruments.An in depth understanding of IFRS rules is a must.You have the drive to ensure quality and stability in the reporting process as well as to lead others.You have a very good attention to detail and the ability to handle a high level of complexity.[ Application This recruitment is being conducted in collaboration with SJR in Scandinavia AB.Please apply as soon as possible, but no later than November the 15th.[
