Senior Headhunter within Tech

For our collaborator in Gothenburg we are looking for a Senior Search Consultant (Headhunter) with a strong tech network in the greater Gothenburg area.

Your responsibilities will be to:
· Find top talent, primarily within Java development
· Engage with them and sell the brand and role
· Evaluate their general fit for the role and team (technical assessments will be conducted by the team)
· Build a strong network of top talent
· Contribute with input regarding Employer Branding activities and strategies to support current and future recruitment

To be successful in this role we believe you are proactive, driven and have a lot of great ideas on how to find and attract the best talent.

If you have previously worked with Teamtailor it would be good, but it's not a must.


We believe you are a star when it comes to LinkedIn and StackOverFlow, as they are our main tools for Employer Branding and headhunting.


This is a full-time consultancy position through Incluso in Gothenburg.
