Senior HR Business Partner, Sweden East - Arla

Arbetsbeskrivning

At Arla, we do so much more than make some of the world's favourite dairy products. We make healthy taste delicious, mornings worth getting up for and family dinners unforgettable. Arla ®, Bregott ®, KESO ® and Castello ® - names like these make us a vital, natural part of modern Life in over 100 countries around the world.

Do you have the skills necessary to align our People Strategy with Arla's business? In this stimulating role, where no two days will be alike, you can look forward to providing key support to line managers across all organizational levels. This is an opportunity to support the value chain at the very core of Arla - driving growth and efficiency to ensure our continued success.

Translate business needs into HR driven solutions
As HR Business Partner you will act in the midst of our matrix and be part of the Global Categories and Operations (GCO) HR team with seven colleagues, of which two are based in Sweden - Götene and Vimmerby. You will be responsible for Sweden East, with dairy plants in Kalmar, Visby, Östersund and Vimmerby. Although based in Vimmerby, frequent business trips across your region will be a common part of your agenda, as well as occasional visits to our headquarters in Denmark. This role provides high quality coaching and advisory towards managers at all levels. As HRBP you cooperate with colleagues on a global level as well as with HR for CSE along with local HR-managers.

You will have a seat in each of the Sweden East dairy plant management teams and not only take on the role as HR sparring partner, but also act as change agent - translating and analysing opportunities and business needs into HR driven solutions. Through interactive and proactive support to our business, you will ensure successful performance management processes such as business planning, performance reviews as well as salary and talent management. You will also provide key support enabling our managers to excel as leaders, build high performing teams and stay attuned to our overall people strategy.

Besides supporting the organization as above, there are several national and international projects where you as HRBP can be involved. As HRBP you report to VP Vice President GCO HR.

Solid HR insight and consultative skills
You either hold a relevant Master's degree within HRM, Psychology or a similar discipline. Alternatively, you have acquired in-depth knowledge of HR through extensive experience from developing organizations and managers. You may also have a background as Consultant or HR Business Partner in an international company. However, irrespective of your background, you need solid knowledge of Swedish market operating procedures within a multinational environment, as well as keen consultative and communicative capabilities that enable you to master the balance between challenging and supporting our line managers. As you will travel to the dairy plants of Sweden East, a driving licence is necessary. Finally, you also need to be proficient in both Swedish and English, written and spoken alike.

If you have any questions, feel free to take an initial confidential contact with Linda Claeson or Cecilia Ahlqvist at Högström & Co Management AB who are our partner in this recruitment.
