Senior HRBP

We are looking for Senior HRBP for a company in Stockholm. Start ASAP, 4 months contract to begin with.
The assignment will include tasks within:
As one of our HRBP you share the HR responsibility of our HR processes with your colleagues. You work independently to support your assigned part our business Finance & Business Control, CEO Functions where you are a part of management groups on different levels.
Be responsible for coaching the managers in the area of responsibility to get desired results from core HR processes.
Together within the Management Team within your assigned areas drive & coach managers & employees in leadership, organizational and Change Management.
Be responsible for driving Strategic Workforce planning together with managers.
Together with your colleagues in the team, you will drive the HR agenda for your assigned business area and you will also take lead for at least one process/area within one of our core HR processes.



Location: Stockholm (Hybrid but during onboarding onsite)
Education : University degree in HRM or equivalent
Language: Fluent in Swedish and good knowledge in English both written and spoken
Meriting:
Experience from working with HR processes in SuccessFactors
Skilled HRBP
Working in all kinds of HR processes
