Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior HSE Lead to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Lead and develop a team of HSE specialists to enhance safety, environmental performance, and regulatory compliance
Act as the HSE expert in real estate projects, ensuring safety and environmental best practices are integrated from planning to execution
Collaborate with managers, safety representatives, suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders to uphold a safe and sustainable work environment
Monitor trends in HSE laws, regulations, and industry standards, ensuring continuous compliance and proactive risk management
Report and analyze HSE incidents, share lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization

What you bring:
Extensive experience in HSE roles, ideally within industrial or similar environments
Proven expertise in project management and the ability to lead safety initiatives within complex projects
Strong communication and relationship-building skills at all organizational levels, with fluency in Swedish and English (both spoken and written)
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with strong problem-solving skills and a structured approach in dynamic environments
Experience in construction projects, Seveso legislation, waste management, contractor management, and/or electrical safety is a plus
Passion for sustainability and environmental responsibility, with a commitment to fostering a culture of health and safety
