Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure & End-User Services Specialist to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Play a crucial role within the Outsourcing cluster IT team, delivering essential infrastructure and end-user services to operations across multiple countries, including Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, the Netherlands, and Ukraine.
Report to the Cluster IT Director based in Finland while being a key member of the global IT team.
Based in Stockholm with potential travel to Finland, collaborate on a global scale to ensure seamless service delivery.
Engage with external vendors to ensure customized service delivery and effective communication.
Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining IT infrastructure, utilizing technologies like Microsoft SQL Server and Azure SQL Database.
Effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to infrastructure and end-user services, leveraging expertise in Windows servers and Azure cloud services.
Provide support to end users, delivering rapid and relevant solutions that align with business processes.
Contribute to documentation and knowledge base development, adhering to ITIL framework principles.
Participate in the evaluation of hardware, software, and services, considering IP networks, LAN, WAN/SDWAN, and WLAN technologies.
Ensure adherence to security policies and procedures to maintain a secure environment.
Collaborate with infrastructure project teams, applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Contribute to vendor management activities, fostering productive relationships.

What you bring:
Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree.
Extensive experience in IT infrastructure and end-user services management.
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset.
Effective communication and collaboration skills in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of Swedish is advantageous.
Proven ability to drive change and manage service providers.
Deep understanding of business processes and their interplay with IT services.
Excellent collaboration skills, thriving in a team-oriented environment.

Meritorious:
Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and Azure SQL Database.
Familiarity with the ITIL framework.
General understanding of Windows servers and Azure cloud services.
Knowledge of IP networks, LAN, WAN/SDWAN, and WLAN technologies.
