Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Interaction Designer/UI/UX Specialist to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Deliver interactive prototypes, user flows, and wireframes using tools such as Sketch, Abstract, Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalents.
Develop accessible websites and systems in compliance with WCAG guidelines.
Design and manage template packages with Angular components to ensure UX standardization.
Perform front-end development using JavaScript, SASS, and HTML5.
Conduct technical accessibility tests across desktop and mobile clients, operating systems, and browsers using tools like BrowserStack.
Adapt and test websites for compatibility with multiple screen readers.
Develop and maintain systems using EPiServer/Optimizely CMS and Umbraco CMS.
Collaborate with stakeholders to produce digital sketches and prototypes for websites and systems.

What you bring:
9–12 years of professional experience (Level 4 competency).
Own licenses for Visual Studio MSDN, Adobe XD, and BrowserStack to use in the assignment.
At least 8 years of documented experience in:
Creating interactive prototypes, user flows, and wireframes.
Working as an Interaction Designer, UI/UX Designer.
Developing accessibility-adapted websites and systems that comply with WCAG guidelines.
Front-end development using JavaScript, SASS, and HTML5.
Testing and adapting websites for accessibility with screen readers.
Extensive experience in EPiServer/Optimizely CMS and Umbraco CMS development.
Proficiency in tools for digital sketching and prototyping.
Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
