Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior IT Operation Service Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Ensure the business receives tailored IT services that meet its objectives and user needs.
Manage operational supplier relationships and ensure alignment
Oversee operational risk management and ensure service continuity, including Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Disaster Recovery.
Monitor service performance against approved roadmaps, SLAs, and KPIs, driving compliance and continuous improvement.
Align IT Operations with the Solution Train’s Way of Working and cadence.
Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless IT Operations delivery.
Develop and maintain service descriptions in the service catalog, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business requirements.
Manage supplier ecosystems, governance, and relationships to optimize service delivery.
Drive continuous improvements in IT Operations, focusing on efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and innovation.
Participate in projects to validate and approve transitions to production.
What you bring:
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in technology, economics, or a related field.
Extensive experience in IT service management, including project and vendor management in complex, multivendor environments.
Strong knowledge of organizational change management and lean processes.
Proficiency in service management best practices and frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
Proven leadership in digital service delivery, including the design, implementation, and management of high-quality services.
Expertise in analyzing metrics and addressing IT Operations challenges to improve services.
Experience with agile project management, cloud platforms, and digital services.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and external partners.
A service-minded, proactive, and collaborative approach to leadership and teamwork.
Cross-cultural experience and familiarity with Financial Services operations.
Preferred Skills:
Certifications in ICT standards such as ITIL, project management, or architecture.
Familiarity with open-source technologies and innovative procurement strategies.
