I nära kontakt med våra industrikunder skall du anpassa användningsmetoden av vår produkt efter deras behov och ge
dem löpande service och support. Du kommer också att delta aktivt i produktutveckling och marknadsföring.

Responsibility
In order to offer technical support to our customers, we are now looking for a highly motivated and qualified Senior Chromatography Application Engineer.

. Providing service to our customers with respect to chromatographic separation, primarily within industrial chromatography.
. Planning, running and reporting of the experimental work linked to customer applications according to the directives of the manager, and in dialogue with the responsible sales manager.
. Having direct contact with the customers during application work and when technical support is required.
. Being a key person with respect to technical support to customers, e.g. in context with method development, packing of industrial size columns etc.
. Participating actively in product development projects by being in charge of chromatographic evaluations. The work will be performed in both in-house projects as well as in collaboration with our costumers.

Further more you will also be suggesting, coordinating, and elaborating technical marketing material, as well as writing contributions to trade magazines, scientific symposia and cover patents and publications within a certain field.

Job requirements / Candidate profile
We are looking for a person graduated in chemistry, biochemistry or chemical engineering. Some years experience in preparative chromatography and knowledge of specific applications and techniques such as chiral chormatography and Super Critical Fluid chromatography are qualifying as the successful candidate will work with a broad range of chromatographic techniques.

Furthermore, in order to communicate with the large variety of international customers, it is mandatory that the job applicant has excellent English language skills, both orally and in writing. Additional language skills are an extra merit for this position.

Personalitywise, we are looking for a person who is used to work in a self-dependent way, but who is a good team player at the same time, and finds it interesting to have contact with a very international group of customers. The successful applicant needs to be well structured in his/her way to work and be very result oriented.
