As Lead Senior Business Controller, your expertise will directly support C-level executives in steering the company’s growth through advanced financial insights and impactful decision-making.

As Lead Senior Business Controller, you will take on a pivotal role in delivering high-level financial insights and shaping the strategy for our SaaS operations. Reporting to the VP of Business Controlling, you will work closely with C-level stakeholders and finance teams across all regions to consolidate data, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks within our recurring revenue streams.
 
Key Responsibilities
• Business Analysis: Lead in-depth analysis of subscription performance, customer retention, and revenue trends to deliver actionable insights.
• Strategic Decision Support: Provide C-level executives with clear, data-driven reports that align with Group One’s strategic goals.
• Financial Modelling: Develop and enhance forecasting models to optimise profitability and support long-term planning.
• Cross-Regional Collaboration: Work with regional finance teams to standardise reporting processes and ensure the accuracy of financial metrics.
• Risk and Growth Assessment: Analyse customer behaviours, churn rates, and market trends to identify opportunities and minimise risks.
• Process Development: Improve reporting systems and create tools to provide enhanced visibility into SaaS performance across markets.

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a strategic thinker with the ability to lead and execute complex financial initiatives in a SaaS-driven business environment.
A proven track record in senior business controlling roles, preferably in SaaS or subscription-based businesses.
Advanced Excel skills and the ability to develop and refine complex financial models.
Strategic Vision and ability to align detailed analyses with long-term business goals.
A master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Confidence in presenting insights clearly to senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making processes.
 Experience working in international or multi-market environments.
