Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Lead Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
Lead and mentor a team of mechanical engineers, ensuring high-quality project execution.
Act as the primary technical contact towards the customer, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
Oversee the design, prototyping, and testing of mechanical components and systems.
Integrate mechanical designs into the development process in collaboration with R&D teams.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control processes.
Drive innovation and optimize mechanical solutions to enhance efficiency, performance, and sustainability.
Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Communicate technical requirements, progress, and risks to stakeholders, including senior management.

What You Bring:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
7+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, with expertise in FEM calculations and 3D CAD design, preferably within automotive design.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring engineering teams.
Broad knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, including mechanical design, analysis, and simulation.
Deep understanding of industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control processes.
Passion for innovation and solving complex engineering challenges.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Fluent in English (spoken and written); Swedish proficiency is a plus.
