Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Learning & Development Specialist to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Lead training assignments, define scope, and develop learning activities to support Sales and Marketing and Commercial Operations
Design and implement competence development programs, including e-learning, instructor-led training, and digital learning solutions
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure training initiatives align with business needs and drive employee development
Plan, track, and follow up on training activities, ensuring continuous improvement and adaptability to organizational changes
Utilize data analytics to measure training effectiveness and optimize learning solutions
Work in a collaborative, solution-oriented team environment, contributing to various tasks as needed

What you bring:
Experience in learning and development, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles (andragogy)
Proven ability to develop and deliver digital and instructor-led training programs
Strong planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Adaptability to changing needs and a proactive, collaborative mindset
Experience in data analytics and the ability to work with digital learning platforms
Background in the automotive industry or experience working with similar customers is a plus
Fluency in English, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment
