Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Logistic Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Collaborate with project management teams to create and maintain project schedules for gas turbine projects.
Analyze and monitor material flow during project execution, ensuring clear visualization of progress across interfaces.
Update project schedules, manage deviations, and perform regular progress updates in collaboration with the Senior Project Scheduler (SPS).
Identify and address challenges during project implementation, developing solutions with the project team.
Balance customer focus with internal project goals to deliver high-quality results.
Contribute to resource planning and ensure effective execution and monitoring of ongoing staffing requirements.

What you bring:
A master’s or bachelor’s degree in logistics or extensive relevant experience in the field.
Specialized competence in planning, scheduling, and material flow analysis.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Analytical and structured mindset, with attention to detail and the ability to see the big picture.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, goal-oriented approach to challenges.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in tools such as SAP, Qlik Sense, or Primavera is a strong advantage.
Fluency in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
Availability to work on-site at the Finspång office at least three days per week (initially five days per week).
