Senior Logistics Coordinator (fixed term)

Are you an experienced, service minded logistic coordinator who doesn't mind being hands-on? We're currently looking for a senior logistics coordinator to join our client's Prototype Lab team in central Stockholm. Our client works with battery manufacturing for electric cars with a strong environmental focus, their mission is to set a new benchmark for sustainable manufacturing, not only of batteries but for manufacturing at large. This is a consultant assignment with a fixed-term contract.

About the job

As a logistics coordinator, you'll be responsible for operational support and execution of logistics activities.

Your main tasks include, but not solely, the following:

Main operational contact regarding logistical execution
• Organize, book, oversee, and follow up transport and warehousing activities
• Takes part in drafting of Standard Operational Procedures as well as other standards, requirement sheets and processes ensuring logistically optimal and safe operation
• Collect, manage, organize and analyze logistical data, seeking improvement possibilities,
• Supports and coaches Logistics Interns
• Continuously improving overall logistics operations

About you

Qualifications/education/experience
• Fluency in English
• Bachelor’s or vocational degree in Logistics or related field
• proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience in handling databases and ERPs
• Beneficial if previous experience in Logistics

• Employment: full-time
