Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Logistics Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Assign and manage resources effectively to ensure project success.
Implement project, change, and service management methodologies.
Facilitate communication and coordination, including delivering regular project status updates.
Manage projects within the defined scope, budget, resources, and timeline.
Produce and share comprehensive and clear project documentation.
Improve project quality, mitigate risks, and manage scope changes while aligning with stakeholder expectations.
Track performance, assess deliverables, and provide constructive feedback to the team.
Address and resolve complex project-related challenges.
Analyze business needs, define requirements, propose optimal solutions, validate financial plans, and drive necessary changes.

What you bring:
A bachelor’s degree in business, preferably with a focus on Supply Chain Management, IT Management, or a related field.
Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken; Danish is a plus.
Proven experience in project management, particularly in logistics and IT implementation projects.
Strong knowledge of inventory and order management systems and procedures.
Proficiency in ERP Dynamics and Microsoft Office.
Expertise in supply chain, warehouse, and transportation operations.
Ability to lead project teams and work both independently and collaboratively.
Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
Solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
