DKR are excited to be working on a truly amazing position for a Senior Leader/Manager who has proven experience in Hardcore Content Moderation related projects in BPO.

As an Operations Head you will play a pivotal role embedding each new project (with a particular focus on Content Moderation) and continuous analysis of performance.

.Manage a 500 + FTE project
.Act as your clients 1st point of contact for all strategy and product training enquiries, as well as non technical support questions
.Feedback on performance and success of all live projects, working with Account owners to drive advocacy for growth

.You have experience managing complex accounts or projects with sophisticated client team, Content Moderation would be extremely advantageous
.You have domain awareness/experience of Content Moderation within BPO
.Proven managerial/Director level experience within projects of 300-500 FTE minimum
.Ideally residing in Portugal or Europe (full eligibility to live & work in Portugal is required)
