Construction is responsible for installing, commissioning, and finally handover wind farms to our customers. Working closely together with the customer and other stakeholders is a key parameter to ensure this happens safely, cost-efficient, and with a high-quality standard.
As the Senior Manager, in Bid Management Onshore, it will be your responsibility to Supervise and mentor Construction Bid Manager and to ensure good collaboration with Sales, Customer and Execution. You are Responsible for Sales Phase and Construction quote Performance measurement and the management of team with defined KPIs, targets and regular reviews.
You will work in an international and agile team, responsible for the countries in North&West or Central Europa.
High quality quotes/budgets
Quality sales support responsibility for all countries within the North&West or Central region
First level of escalation for Construction Bid Manager and major stakeholder
Regional Portfolio & Governance responsibility
Project Management for Portfolio optimization projects (Potentials)
Develop and integrate government structure and processes
Develop and integrate regional installation standards
Ensuring good work / life balance
Disciplinary responsibility for the proposal managers
Define requirements/ needs for value adding solutions and demand the implementation

Graduated in industrial engineering or business administration or commercial apprenticeship with detailed work experience in Operations and Project Management
Ability to develop an efficient team
Solid verbal and written communication skills in English
Leadership experience in management position in an operative branch is mandatory
Advanced skills in Lean Management and Operations is a big plus
