Within our global community our Sweden based design team are developing new vehicles building on platform technologies provided by CEVT, an engineering development center working for both Geely and Volvo. CEVT also provides back office support for Geely Design Sweden.

Senior Manager Business office

As part of a creative and dynamic team, you will as a Manager, have an overall responsibility for all non-project related support, such as IT, Finance, Purchasing, Facility, Process Development, and Communication at Geely Design. Making sure that the business office runs smoothly, and are manned with proper skill sets and equipment.

Responsibilities and tasks

- Supporting and enabling the project deliveries from Geely Design Sweden by providing services related to IT, Finance, Purchasing, Facility, Process Development, and Communication.
- Responsible for the direct reports in Business Office and all managerial, and administrative tasks related to this.
- Define work flow, work process and define prerequisites to build an efficient, highly productive team
- Develop long-term resource, career and competence plans for business office staff
- Identify and execute efficiency and effectiveness improvements

Requirements

- Capability to manage a group of 5-10 people
- 3 years’ experience as manager
- Extensive understanding of generally accepted accounting and internal control and financial principles
- Experience from working in an global environment/organization
- A understanding and knowledge of design, engineering and process work
- Academic degree.
- Fully proficient in English both written and verbally
