Senior Marketing Specialist

Minnovation is now searching for a Senior Marketing Specialist for our business partner.
As a senior marketing specialist, we expect you to:
1. Responsible for all marketing functions across the region, including digital, ATL，BTL and more, via Xiaomi’s own platforms as well as third-party channels
2. Work closely with the Xiaomi global marketing team, operators, distributors, and partners to plan and execute all marketing initiatives
3. Develop strategic and tactical marketing plans in line with the company’s goals and approach
4. Develop Xiaomi as a positive consumer brand with mass appeal, both online and offline
5. Formulate, evaluate, and negotiate strong and innovative marketing partnerships and advertising opportunities
6. Build and manage our fan community by crafting and running effective online campaigns
7. Lead market research to develop an in-depth understanding of our customers and competitors
