Assignment Description
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer
What You Will Work On
Participate in a mechanical design and development team focused on naval defense systems
Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and technical solutions
Create and maintain engineering documentation and design specifications
Support product development activities throughout the design lifecycle
Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams and stakeholders
Contribute to design reviews, technical evaluations, and problem-solving activities
Ensure compliance with engineering standards, quality requirements, and customer specifications
Support prototype development, testing, and design improvements
Participate in technical discussions and contribute to solution development
Deliver high-quality mechanical design solutions within project timelines

What You Bring
Degree in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Mechanical Design, Precision Mechanics, or equivalent experience
Several years of professional experience in mechanical design and engineering
Strong understanding of mechanical construction and product development processes
Ability to independently drive design and development activities
Experience working in multidisciplinary engineering environments
Strong technical problem-solving and analytical capabilities
Experience creating and maintaining engineering documentation
High attention to detail and engineering quality
Ability to work effectively in technically complex projects
