We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer of the Industrial Automation division, Process Control Platform organization. Our unit designs control system products and instrumentation for the power, water and process industries. Our portfolio includes a complete state-of-the-art automation solution for traditional markets such as thermal and water as well as challenging and ever evolving renewable markets such as solar, wind, and hydro. As Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will be part of the mechanical team within Embedded Systems, designing new products and maintaining the existing product portfolio.
Your responsibilities
Develop and maintain mechanical products and components as a team member of the mechanical team. 
Take an active part in the agile planning and monitoring of the mechanical team.
Secure a close and efficient cooperation with suppliers.
Train, coach and support colleagues within your knowledge area.

Your background
A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or similar field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in mechanical engineering and 3D design.
Familiarity with injection molding, sheet metal and surface finish processes.
Experience with Creo/pro Engineer is an advantage.
Demonstrated driver capabilities, with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
Demonstrated proactive acting with focus to fulfill committed deadlines with right quality.
