Quals/Skills:
Must have a minimum of a relevant degree or suitable qualification and experience, but preference given to a Mechanical Engineering degree.

Must have experience of Front End Design of mechanical systems/HVAC/nuclear ventilation systems/team management and Design Package software e.g. Solid Edge, AutoCAD.

Job role:
The Senior Mechanical Engineer is needed to drive the design forward for mechanical handling equipment such as lifting beams, A-frames, goods lifts, filter exchange trolleys.

The design aspect may incorporate calculations, outline installation/operation method statements, design justification reports, procurement specifications, designers risk assessments and general space management. This would be applicable across the plant room, monitoring room, stack and pipe bridges.
