Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior MedTech Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Lead and coordinate projects from concept to finished product, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and strategic goals.
Drive research, development, and production initiatives within MedTech.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure successful delivery.
Collaborate closely with R&D, quality assurance, and production teams.
Oversee risk assessments and compliance with regulatory frameworks such as ISO 13485 and MDR.
Communicate project progress to internal and external stakeholders.

What you bring:
Academic degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in project management within MedTech, pharmaceuticals, or a similar industry.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, including ISO 13485 and MDR.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage complex projects and drive results.
Fluency in spoken and written Swedish and English.
Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
Experience in risk management and quality processes within MedTech is advantageous.
