Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Operation Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Configure and manage price lists, charging points, and Charge Point Operators (CPOs).
Activate and deactivate charging stations as needed.
Support migration and system setup of internal platforms, including administrative tasks such as creating tariffs, adding prices, and managing charging infrastructure data.
Handle inquiries from truck manufacturers regarding system setup, invoices, and network status.
Provide third-line support for manufacturers assisting customers using the charging infrastructure.
Conduct small sample tests to ensure data quality, including price implementation and network classification.
Analyze and provide data for accounting and occupancy purposes.

What you bring:
Junior-level experience with strong self-drive and eagerness to learn.
Analytical mindset with the ability to dive into and interpret data.
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with various stakeholders.
Proficiency in Excel for data management and analysis.
Experience with the “Be Energised” system is an advantage.
Fluency in English and Swedish is required.
