Vår vision handlar om att frigöra den potential som finns inom East Capital Universe genom fyra dimensioner - det kapital vi investerar, de bolag vi investerar i, hela regionen och våra medarbetare.Senior Operations Manager As a Senior Operations Manager you will work with our Business Technologies department responsible for efficient setup of middle and back office operations of East Capital products.Work tasks include: .Manage or be part of project team of product/mandate setup or business process setup/re-engineering initiatives if required .Work with external third parties to assess strategic level partnerships and outsourcing opportunities .Create and maintain relationship with both internal and external service providers .Perform qualitative and quantitative research evaluating efficiency of the operations associated with the product or mandate .Gather and analyze information about external and internal service providers, legal and technical setups of the investment products .Gather and analyze market statistics, assess efficiency of the service providers associated with the product, benchmarking of product/mandate operations and vendors from operational and legal perspective Knowledge criteria: .Academic background preferably with a Bachelor's degree in business or technical field .At least 3 years back office experience (preferably in business process setup or re-engineering) from Investment Banking..Project management skills .Excellent communication and negotiation skills .Knowledge about the structure of financial markets in Eastern European countries needed .Experience in developing relationships with business partners .Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.Russian or other Eastern European language skills are looked upon favorably To be successful in this role we believe that you have a deep knowledge about the setup (legal, technical, organizational) of asset management products.You are dynamic, development oriented and able to manage external and internal resources within a project environment.As a person you are also organized, structured and flexible.We wish to fill the position as soon as possible and interviews will be held on going.Last day for applying is October 1th.
