WHY WE WILL LOVE YOU
The Business Process Automation team is on a journey to build a modern platform and efficient services to enable fast time to value using low-code tools to automate and simplify tasks and workflows. We support a global community of developers with varying skillsets to use the Power Platform to develop everything from global solutions to local productivity apps. Our ambition is to enhance the time to value and the quality of implementations, by providing self-service capabilities, accelerators and top-class technical advisory and support.
REQUIREMENTS
You should be an expert at Power Platform governance and operations, with the main focus on Power Apps and Power Automate. We expect that you have experience with PowerShell and with various Azure services (such as Logic Apps). You should also have an interest for the rest of the M365 suite and keep up with the latest advancements and new features.
WHO YOU ARE
We believe you have several years of experience in operating and governing the Power Platform in a global enterprise with high usage. We value leadership and action and expect that you take lead on optimizing and improving the technical implementations. You are a coaching leader with passion for supporting and empowering a global & diverse app maker community.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be working physically and/or virtually in fully empowered and agile teams. Together with the Business Analyst and Engineering Manager you will ensure that we deliver an optimized service based on the latest technologies and drive a competitive advantage for our consumers.
You will design and own the technical decisions and standards on the platform, and you will advise and educate in ways of working for other engineers and citizen developers, encouraging good practices to meet consumer expectations.
You will design and implement self-service capabilities, reusable components and tools, and automations of the governance and administration processes.

TOGETHER AS A TEAM
We’re a small team based in Malmö/Helsingborg/Älmhult but a mix of local and remote work is not a problem. We are quite autonomous, self-organizing and self-sufficient in many ways, which means part of our daily work is to define how we get things done together.
We are passionate about providing services and support to enable fast time to value, where fast feedback is enabled by automation and data analysis. We are responsible for the things we build throughout the whole life-cycle, which means operations is an important part of our work.
