Lead project from concept through completion through the project life cycle while meeting scope, schedule and resource targets while achieving the desired business results.
Create and manage all project management plans including scope, time, cost, risk, quality management plans.
Maintain complete control of project schedules, project resources, budget, and risk issues while facilitating timely discussions and decisions to identify project risks. Lead meetings between stakeholders, resources, senior managers, and executives. Act as primary interface with the client regarding deliverables, changes, and sign-off on status and requirements are an important part of the job.
Facilitate communication across teams and communicate updates to the Program Manager and Project Sponsors.
Ensure project requirements are met, scope is contained, and milestones are kept.
Conduct various reviews and sign-off workshops.
