The senior process engineer is to act as a reference for the site, bringing knowledge of industry best practice to the process team and the wider operations. Using their extensive knowledge of gypsum plasterboard manufacture, they will identify and lead improvement opportunities against the main business objectives, including efficiency, energy and product quality. These improvements will be delivered with a strong focus on training and development to be able to build the knowledge across the site teams.
