This position can be hybrid or remote in Stockholm or Antwerp.
Role and Responsibilities
As a Senior Product Designer, you are responsible for the user experience of one of the products in the Sinch portfolio, throughout the development cycle. Here at Sinch we are emphasizing a customer centric way of working with the aim to create first class products.
What you'll do at Sinch:
Take part in product research and discoveries with customers and your product team, mapping and understanding of user journeys and technical limitations
Drive the end-to-end design work for your product: research user needs; draw wireframes and flows; create visual design; lead usability tests and follow up with customers
Create UI designs based on the Sinch Design System "Nectary" and guidelines
Work in a cross-functional product team together with product management, engineering, and design peers
Be part of the design team and have weekly collaborations and syncs to align processes, design guidelines and principles, and participate in workshops, retrospectives
Mentor other Designers in your team, and foster a close collaboration between your other teams

Requirements
In order to contribute to this role, you have:
Experience as a professional designer with solid understanding of the design process
Experience working with cross-functional product teams
Excellent experience with Figma.
Fluent English writing and speaking
Incorporated user needs throughout your design process
