Sileon is a tech company offering lenders and large merchants Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) capabilities with the power to create unique customer experiences true to their brands. The company offers fast-to-market and world-class technical BNPL functionality to banks, fintech, and large merchants.

Sileon is listed on the Nordic Growth Market and is an FSA-approved Payment institution. Since 2020 the company has been led by CEO David Larsson, and the office, with around 50 employees, is located on Söder Mälarstrand in Stockholm.

Sileon is now looking for Senior Product Designer to join their product team of top talents working together in a grand transformation journey!

Your role as Senior Product Designer

You will team up with a cross-functional, agile team including product managers, product designer, product owner, data analyst and developers with the mission to create exceptional customer experience for multiple products. In this role, you will have a broad responsibility working through the whole design process, from early idea through the entire product lifecycle. Sileon is in an exciting phase launching a new SaaS platform built for BNPL solutions, which gives you the unique possibility to influence and shape the design culture at Sileon. The role includes:

Visualizing end-to-end customer journeys, articulate needs and propose solutions based on user-centric perspective
Be an advocate for the user and apply user research insights to your designs as well as anticipate user needs
Apply relevant design methods, implement design practices and build things systematically, always with flexibility and scalability in mind
Create interactive prototypes, either low-fidelity and hi-fidelity.


Your qualifications

Proven experience designing and shipping products and feel comfortable working across the entire design process
Strong product mindset and the ability to match customer needs with business need as well as technology
Knowledge and understanding of the technology (html, css)
Experience working in design systems
You speak English fluently.

Working with a SaaS-product
Working with financial products or in e-commerce
Facilitating and cross-functional cooperation.
