A day in your life with us
On a day-to-day basis you will act as a trusted partner and work with business process owners to understand the needs of the business, prioritize activities and create the product roadmap. You will be a key member of the product team, working closely with engineering manager, a team of engineers and product specialists. You will set the product vision, strategy, OKRs and create product roadmap to achieve the defined outcomes and deliver value to our users. You will ensure that we measure our initiatives and deliverables against the expected outcome and would have critical mindset if an initiative needs to be stopped or re-evaluated.
You will step into the area of Talent Management within the People Domain of Group Digital which includes such capability areas as Recruitment and Sourcing, Performance and Succession and Competence Development. Within the Competence Development area, we work with digital solutions to deliver learning experience, learning management solutions, learning content, analytics and skills. It is an area of many off-the-shelf solutions that need to be taken into a DevOps way of working while improving the co-worker experience.


As a Senior Product Owner, you will:
• Set vision, strategy and metrics for products – existing solutions and to-be developed products
• Manage time, cost, scope, risk, communication, quality and change for the products
• Actively research co-worker needs and incorporate improvements into the roadmap
• Define OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) for your product together with the team and key stakeholders and ensure the team is aligned and working towards the same goals
• Guide and support the team to ensure everyone is performing to the best of their ability
• Document learnings, adopt a continuous improvement approach and transfer learnings to the teams


Ideally your background would include the following:
• Experience of working in senior product management roles within digital product development organisations
• Experience of working with agile product teams
• Experience with HR technology, preferably with both custom build and off-the-shelf solutions
• Strong leadership skills and ability to lead by example
• Stakeholder management and ability to build strong interpersonal relationships enabling you to understand, influence and collaborate successfully with a variety of stakeholders in a complex organization
• Data informed and outcome driven mindset
• Preferably knowledge of talent management platforms such as e.g. SAP SuccessFactors
• Preferably knowledge in JIRA and Confluence


This role is an open-ended contract and will be located in Helsingborg, Sweden.
