Senior Program Manager

As a member of the AppFoundry Management Team you are managing in your role as Program Manager our AppFoundry Program and help them succeeding in selling our Partner’s Applications on Genesys Enterprise Marketplace - AppFoundry. You will work closely together with the entire AppFoundry Management Team, especially the AppFoundry Partnership Management and Developer Enablement Team. In your role, you communicate extensively with our cross-functional teams and external parties and assure that Genesys needs are being represented in front of our partners, while assuring that all partner desires are being reflected in communications between Genesys and the AppFoundry partner. You will be managing the enterprise marketplace and will get especially familiar with all details of Genesys’ AppFoundry partnership & royalty reporting model.

Responsibilities
In your role as AppFoundry Program Manager you take care of the well-being of Genesys’ valued AppFoundry Partners, but primarily make sure that the AppFoundry program grows as a consistent marketplace experience. You are obsessed with the success of our AppFoundry partners and obsessed by managing a scalable, consistent and process oriented program. In your daily work, you will get in contact with a variety of manifold tasks and challenges.

· AppFoundry program management and application publishing
· Continuously improve new Partner Onboarding & Enablement process
· Contract Management and continuous contractual improvements, while making sure contracts are internationally consistent
· Develop & update Partner Tiering Requirements & Partner Tiering benefits
· Align with Referral Programs & other Partner Program benfits
· Develop and improve Sales & Channel incentives & compensation models
· Manage and improve existing processes & procedures for 3rd party product listings
· Verify AppFoundry partnership applications & track changes
· Work closely with our marketing organization to manage marketing communication chain for the program
· Partner event participation planning & sponsorship planning 
· (Co-)author blog posts with our partners
· plan & host internal & external webinars with internal and external stakeholders
· Innovate inside the AppFoundry program and build together with us next generation enterprise Marketplace experiences
· Assure timely management of incoming partner and sales enquiries through our ticketing system
· Scale the business by automating processes and manage IT related program requirements
· Ensure frictionless program activities with all cross functional teams

Qualifications/Skills Required and Preferred
· Education background in Business Administration
· Strong customer service focus and interpersonal skills
· Experience in Managing external parties is a plus
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment is really important
· Flexibility in working hours, since you’re working with our world-wide stakeholders
· Excellent communication skills (fluent English, written and spoken)
· Excellent teamwork skills are required
· Experience with Microsoft Office applications
· Experience with Salesforce.com
· Demonstrated aptitude for continuous learning and innovative thinking
· You must have the right to work and reside in Sweden
