About this opportunity
The Operations and Program unit, within EU Cloud RAN - PEU Engineering Environment & Services (EES), is responsible for Program Management, Operational Management and Project Portfolio Management.
We lead the way on providing the best developer experience and make continuous delivery of Cloud RAN value to customers possible.


What you will do
As a member of the EES Operations & Program leadership team, define and execute on the global strategy and priorities for EES.
Have a leading role, ensuring we as a company succeed in delivering a cloud native RAN offering to our customers.
Take a leading position for development of a world class production system.
Provide test channels to teams fast & efficient.
Ensure the end-to-end flow, way of working, program execution, solution release, and maintenance strategies.
Lead the analysis and planning for new requirements.
Ensure that plans for customer commitments, either in terms of product releases or trials, are in place and that risks are identified and handled.
Drive and ensure collaboration with related units within Ericsson.
