Job Description

Our department Billing & Contract Customer IT Sweden builds and runs a Billing solution based on SAP IS-U and SAP CRM supporting internal Vattenfall business (Sales, Distribution, Heat and Customer Service).
We are responsible to provide expertise to ensure that sustainable solutions are designed, developed, implemented and maintained and we contribute to quality assurance activities to meet business needs.
Location: Solna and Umeå
The role includes, but is not limited to, the following activities:
Ensure that the intake process is followed when new projects and assignments are started up
Act as a single point of contact for handling resource requests from start-up throughout implementation
Balance resources allocation between development assignments and maintenance activities in close cooperation with System Manager
Maintain and update the status of ongoing assignments
Maintain Kanban boards for follow up on assignments and corrections
Continuous improvement of established working methods



Qualifications
Between 3-6 years of Project management and/or process management experience
Experience with IT development projects
Good knowledge of IT governance and Stakeholder management
Good communications skills
Experience of industry frameworks and development methodologies including ITIL, Waterfall and Agile
Organizational and analytical skills
Knowledge of and experience with process mapping and improvement
Experience with Office 365, Jira and/or similar tools
Coaching skills

It is also nice if you have:
Knowledge of the Swedish Utility Market
Swedish language skills
