Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Project Quality Engineer (QMIP) to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Be part of the Project Quality Team with responsibility for planning, coordinating, controlling, monitoring, and organizing production quality activities at the Finspång factory
Act as the main point of contact for project quality within internal production
Be on site and take ownership of planning, coordinating, and prioritizing quality activities in the production environment
Manage and support customer witness activities in production, ensuring that quality standards are met and exceeded
Collect, review, and manage quality documentation such as QRL, QCP, ICR, and related quality records
Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and project teams to support quality assurance across the project lifecycle

What you bring:
Engineering degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, power engineering, process engineering, or a related field
2–5 years of relevant work experience
Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken (mandatory)
Experience or education related to design, manufacturing, or operation of rotating machinery is an advantage
Previous experience working within a quality organization is beneficial
Structured, collaborative, and solution-oriented working style
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset with the ability to drive activities forward
