Senior Purchaser

Senior Purchaser Main tasks: *Initiate and run cost improvement projects on purchased parts and assemblies *Identify, qualify and negotiate sourcing contracts *Set up and continuously improve efficient Supply chains *Participate in product development projects to ensure new parts are sourced efficiently Education/experince *BSc, MSc or equivalent mechanical engineering degree *Fluent in Swedish and English required both oral and written *Additional language is a plus *5-8 years relevant experience in Supply Chain intense manufacturing is required.*Strong technical knowledge and purchasing experience in sheet metal and assemblies.*General knowledge and experience in electronics, plastic injection molding, aluminum die castings & extrusions is a big plus.*Solid experience from LCC sourcing and negotiations *Experience in quality processes mainly related to Supplier Audits and PPAP.*Experience with conducting a global bid to suppliers.*Capable of handling related due diligence for the construction of a bid.*Experienced in Lean Manufacturing is a plus.*Experience from continuous improvement activities.*Experience from strategic purchasing activities.*ERP Experience in related areas is required.*Oracle Applications experience is a plus Personal *You should have good people skills and be a team player.*Self motivated and goal-oriented *You should have a genuine technical interest.
