Senior Purchasing Controller

About the company
Electrolux is a global leader in home appliances and appliances for professional use, based on deep consumer insights. They are now looking for a Global Purchasing Controller for Indirect Material and SG&A. The role is temporary covering for parental leave with a starting date beginning of 8/1-18 and end 7/2-19. You will be employee of Lernia and will be leased to Electrolux, you will be based in their global headquarters in Stockholm.

Work tasks
You will have the overall responsible for Global Purchasing Indirect Material and SG&A controlling follow-up and reporting process. This is a great opportunity to be part of a team in a truly global environment and in close cooperation with our Global Purchasing Management. Your tasks will include among other things this:

• Responsible for all controlling activities around indirect material and SG&A
• Finance Business Partner for the Head of Global Indirect material purchasing and the head of Global Purchasing Controlling
• Drive continues improvements for the function: o Reporting (including improving the quality of the reported data) o Global Purchasing tools (e.g. Global Project Master, Global Purchasing Community, BI tool) o New reporting methodology Indirect Material Controlling:
• Month end closing using Global Project Master for IM reporting (Sharepoint Tool) and SAP for SG&A reporting
• Communicate requirements, verify accuracy and consistency of the received input and consolidating the total group result
• Report the Full year Expected and Year-to date result including variance analysis
• Prepare Strategic Plan and Budget.
• Communicate with and train the different counterparts (in the sectors as well as in other Group Functions) to assure an accurate understanding of specific tools and methodology in order to continuously improve the consistency and quality of the reporting
• Liaise (be informed) and support the ISS Core Team for Spend Analysis.
• Drive the implementation of the Savings Form including replacement of GPM IM

Your background
We believe you have minimum around 5 years working experience within Controlling and a solid education in Economics / Finance. You have ideally a background in a complex and international corporate environment. Furthermore, you have a strong understanding of data analysis and data management are IT and process savvy (SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, (SharePoint, QlikView is preferred). Required Language is English.

Ability to navigate a complex stakeholder landscape and to embrace and quickly adapt to change and also to multi-tasking. You are a self-starter and able to work independently. You have a passion for delivery results and have to be able and willing to work also under time pressure to meet tough deadlines without jeopardizing the quality of the result. Du should also be proactive in your way of taking on your job tasks. Ability to quickly developing a relationship and network. Have to be able to communicate openly and proactively, keeping people informed and gives feedback to others when appropriate.
