Assignment Overview
We are looking for Senior Purchasing Project Manager
What You Will Work On
Manage and resolve select supply crisis cases impacting operations.
Lead cross-functional crisis resolution activities involving Engineering, Operations, Brands, and Purchasing teams.
Act as the primary interface with Tier 1 suppliers, ensuring close synchronization with responsible buyers and commodity teams.
Escalate and collaborate with Tier N suppliers and Tier N management when required.
Conduct daily supplier and cross-functional crisis pulse meetings to drive recovery actions.
Maintain close coordination with Volume & Capacity Planning functions.
Take rapid, action-oriented decisions to secure supply continuity under high-pressure situations.
Report crisis status and recovery progress to senior and executive management.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of crisis management processes and digital tools.
Actively participate in developing and strengthening the Crisis Case Management function.

What You Bring
University degree in Engineering/Technology and/or Business Administration.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within purchasing, supply chain, supplier management, or crisis management.
Proven crisis management capability in complex and fast-moving environments.
Strong supplier relationship experience (e.g., Buyer, SRM, Material Control, Supplier Quality).
Solid data management and analytical skills.
Ability to operate effectively in agile, high-pressure, and complex global environments.
Creative and solution-oriented mindset when addressing unique crisis scenarios.
Strong executive communication skills with the ability to report clearly to senior management.
Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
Preferably a good understanding of the automotive business and global supply chain challenges.
