Senior QA Engineer

THE ROLE - WHAT WE NEED
As a senior QA Engineer, you will be collaborating with QA analysts, Developers, Product Managers, UX Research & Designers to identify and document success criteria along with test scenarios.
In this role, you are expected to:
Take critical decisions efficiently to ensure the quality of our products, whether it includes automated or manual testing.
Have the ability to describe complex software problems
Have a real passion for both manual and automated testing.
Have the ability to work across disciplines with different requirements and ways of working
Work with a substantial degree of independence
Work with agile practices



EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS - WHO YOU ARE
4+ years of QA manual and automated testing experience across multiple products
Experience using Clubhouse (preferred). If familiar with JIRA, Clubhouse is a cinch
Experience in front-end and API testing
Commercial awareness and understands the business value of solving our user’s problems
Finding ways to improve our testing capabilities continuously
Comfortable with flexible and changing priorities
Highly collaborative, visible and inclusive
Solid skill and style in verbal and written communications in both English and Swedish
Fintech and/or Point-of-Sales experience is a plus
