Sigma Resources has been entrusted to help find an experienced Test and QA Expert with a solid understanding of test governance, related processed and methodology. The position is placed at Nordea’s office in Stockholm and the position is to be filled as soon as possible.

Role description
We are looking for a Senior QA expert to help define and drive the implementation of the testing strategy across IT Group Functions. You will work across different areas and countries to improve testing and drive improvements together with the project teams.

Professionally you are one of the best in your field and a recognized expert in facilitating the testing process, including test planning, control, analysis and design, implementation and execution, evaluation and reporting and closure activities. When you interact with different stakeholder groups, you are able to involve all of them in the process and can facilitate the group in order to set goals as well as the way of reaching them.

As Senior QA expert you will take an active role in improving testing and implementing the set goals. Based on this you will also play an important role in monitoring the test performance of the projects/areas and the suppliers.

Your profile and requirements
You have more than 8 years of experience working in senior test manager roles and hold an ISTQB Advanced Test Manager certification. On the basis of this you are an expert in implementing ISTQB standards, you understand how to drive test process improvements and are a strong change manager.

You have a thorough understanding and insight into the full SDLC.

You are an expert in test management tools and the implementation of this – preferably HP ALM, and it is an advantage to also have experience with test automation and non-functional testing tools. Experience regarding JIRA is also an advantage.

You are self-reliant and it is natural for you to take responsibility and use your people skills along with communication and analysis skills to drive a task. Collaboration and communication across business and IT is easy for you and you enjoy working with people from different cultures.

It is important that you have a structured approach to implementation of standards, methods, practices and tools and is able to under-stand the principles behind in order to make things work in practice.

In addition to the above, we believe that you have excellent communication skills in Swedish and in English, and you have a university degree as well as recognised test management certifications.
