Arbetsbeskrivning
Location: South East region of UK (Kent, Sussex, Surrey, South London).
Details: Must have main contractor experience within surveying role, experience in refurbishment, new build design and build and partnering frameworks as well as a relevant qualification. You will have responsibility for delivering a consistent service to the business unit in managing the contracts.
You will also proactively ensure cost effectiveness and profitability of each project.
These key roles are site based, where the Project Manager assumes responsibility for his project as no. 1 on site, with full responsibility. Will be working in each case with a senior site based Surveyor who will support the Project Manager on the commercial aspects of the project.
Salary: 45,000 + per annum dep on exp + benefits (including employee car ownership scheme, a discretionary bonus related to the financial performance, private medical assurance, life assurance etc).
