About the Assignment
We are looking for a Senior R&D Engineer to strengthen an industrial R&D environment focused on technology and product development. In this role, you will contribute to successful project outcomes by applying deep specialist expertise, identifying improvements, and turning innovative ideas into practical solutions.
Job DescriptionContribute to technology and/or product development projects by identifying, proposing, and implementing innovative solutions
Oversee and support development activities using your specialist technical knowledge
Solve complex industrial problems using relevant technologies, tools, and methods within your area of expertise
Stay current by reviewing external technology trends and developments to maintain recognized expertise
Assess and recommend applications, equipment, and methods to enable cost-effective development, marketing, manufacturing, or software creation in line with customer needs
RequirementsSenior-level experience in technology and/or product development within an industrial context
Proven ability to solve complex industrial problems using relevant technologies, tools, and methods in a specialist area
Experience identifying and implementing innovative technical solutions that improve project outcomes
Ability to evaluate and recommend methods, equipment, and applications to meet customer requirements cost-effectively
