We are looking for a Senior Recruiter for an international company in Malmö. Start ASAP!


Assignment description
Background
The group is growing in several locations in Europe. We have a team of permanent and temporary recruiters supporting this growth with recruitment services. Although the team is based in Malmö, Sweden and all recruiters do currently work 100% from home (until further notice due to the pandemic).


The scope of the consultant services is to assist our client in..
Recruitment services including, start-up meetings with Hiring Manager, advertising, some search through LinkedIn,screening, shortlisting, interviewing, contract preparations, status updates in recruitment system etc.


Desired knowledge, experience, competence skills etc
Several years of recruitment preferably recruitment of talents for positions in Digital organisations.
Worked with recruitment in an international context
Talent search through LinkedIn (not a must)
Fluent in oral and written English and generally good in communication
Passionate about supporting in fining digital talents and believe in company values


This is a full-time consultancy position through Incluso in Malmö. The assignment will run initially for 5 months with a possibility for extension after that. Start is ASAP.
