Senior Recruitment Researcher

We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Researcher for an international company in Gothenburg.

What you´ll do
As a Senior Researcher you will be a close partner with Hiring Managers to ensure a full understanding of their recruitment needs. In close collaboration with the senior recruiters you will take ownership for the search strategy and thereafter pinpoint, search and attract talent for all leadership- and senior specialist roles within our clients Global Commercial Operations in EMEA. You will build and maintain a pool of key talents and engage with them continuously to secure candidate involvement and a strong pipeline for upcoming recruitments. An important part of your job will be focusing on diversity in attracting the right talents globally by proactively sourcing, searching and connecting with people around the world.

Who are you?
To be successful in this role we see that you probably have 3-5 years of experience in recruitment/search. You need experience from LinkedIn recruiter and talent insight and/or similar tools and you have also worked in a global environment. Our client would like you to have a University degree in HR or equivalent and Finally, you must be fluent in English, both verbally and written.

Experience is important, but personality is key! This is a full-time consultancy position through Incluso in Gothenburg, starting date is ASAP.
